Mobile Speak Smartphone (MSS) is the world’s first ever screen reader for Windows Mobile Standard edition. Unlike other products for this platform, released subsequently to MSS despite inaccurate claims that they were the first, Mobile Speak Smartphone remains unparalleled when it comes to the number of mobile phones it supports, built-in and 3rd-party applications with which it is compatible, and screen reader features and functions that make the use of Windows Mobile Smartphones intuitive and user-friendly to the blind and visually impaired. Further, MSS incorporates highly intelligible text-to-speech (TTS) technology from leading providers for more than twenty languages, as well as unrivaled support for more than twenty Braille input and output devices, Braille grades and languages. Mobile Speak Smartphone allows you to: Make and receive calls, and know about calls you missed. Manage your contacts and call lists. Review the numbers entered in the dialer screen, and check caller ID information of incoming calls. Check the battery level, signal strength, Bluetooth state, and other status details. Compose and read text messages (SMS) and e-mail. Use MSN / Windows Live Messenger for real-time text chats. Browse the internet and fill out online forms. Use Windows Live Search to readily find news, map directions, and information about books, music, video, and different products. Read different types of files including Microsoft Word and plain text documents, Braille formatted files, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations using different text navigation commands. Schedule appointments and tasks, and set reminders for each. Check the date and time currently displayed on the phone, and Set the clock and alarms. Record voice notes. Perform arithmetic calculations. Listen to locally saved media files or internet audio streams. Browse the system of files and folders on the phone and storage card. Configure phone settings, wallpapers, profiles and ringtones. Assign speed dial keys and voice tags. Access other built-in and 3rd-party applications such as Microsoft® Voice Command, AvantGo newsreader, Audible® Player for audio books, and SlovoEd Multilingual Dictionaries, just to name a few. Make more applications accessible using LUA, a powerful, off-the-shelf scripting language. Connect with other mobile phones, as well as desktop and notebook computers to share data. Moreover, MSS now comes integrated with Mobile Magnifier Smartphone (MMS), the first and only full-screen magnification solution for Windows Mobile-based Smartphones that can be used as a standalone product or with speech output. It features: Full-screen magnification on all supported phones by default, regardless of the resolution of the phone’s screen. Option for a split view where the bottom half of the screen shows what is in the unmagnified top half. Option for a distributed view of the current window with the magnified screen text in the center, while the window title bar (including status icons) or menu keys, or both title bar and menu keys are displayed using a secondary zoom level. Different magnification levels, ranging from 1.5x to 16x, or no magnification at all. Font smoothing to improve readability of magnified screen contents by making them appear less jagged. An auto text panning function, with speed and pan delay settings, which scrolls text automatically from left to right if it does not fit the screen when magnified. Ability to move the magnifier separately from system focus in order to zoom in on a certain part of the screen. Several color schemes to suit different user preferences, including inverted colors. An easy-to-see text cursor. Option to set borders of configurable width and color around the magnified area. Commands to zoom in on the window title or the menu keys in the current screen anytime in full-screen mode. Global Hotkeys to access the most common features of the Magnifier. Automatic start-up when the mobile phone is powered on. Seamless integration with Mobile Speak Smartphone (licensed separately). Support for an unrivaled range of over 60 Smartphones. 2 Getting Started Before you install Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier on your Windows Mobile-based Smartphone, please make sure you have done the following: Verify that you have a device supported by Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone. Check that either it is in the Device Compatibility List or it meets these system requirements: Your device runs on the Standard (Smartphone) edition of the Windows Mobile operating system, version 5.0 or later. The Smartphone has at least 32 MB internal program memory (RAM), and 2 to 20 MB of storage memory depending on the text-to-speech engine used. Having a storage card compatible with your device is strongly recommended. A Bluetooth-compliant device is required to run Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone. This will also allow you to use Bluetooth-enabled external keyboards, headsets, and other accessories. The device should be able to connect, via USB or Bluetooth, to a computer running Windows 2000 or a later version.   Install the latest version of Microsoft ActiveSync (for Windows XP and 2000) or Windows Mobile Device Center (for Windows Vista) on your computer. Refer to the Microsoft Windows Mobile Synchronization page for details and download links. Make sure that the correct date and time is set on your computer. Check that you have an existing internet connection as this would be necessary to activate the installed products by connecting to the Code Factory activation server via the internet without extra charge. Alternatively, you can activate the products after installation using a cellular or Wi-Fi connection on your phone, or by sending an SMS / Text message to the Code Factory server. Refer to Section 2.4 for more details. Be prepared to configure your firewall or deal with prompts asking you if the product activation application for code Factory products should be allowed to connect to the internet. If you have difficulties with this, remember that you can activate from the device itself after installation while you are in ten-minute demo mode. Connect your device to your computer. Establish a partnership (guest or standard) between your computer and Windows Mobile-powered device. If you encounter problems, refer to the ActiveSync Troubleshooting Guide or the Windows Mobile Device Center FAQ and Tips. 2.1 Installing Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone IMPORTANT: If you already have Mobile Speak Smartphone installed on the device and wish to upgrade to a new version or reinstall the current one, please refer to Section 2.3 before installing. Note: If you are using a computer that is not running Windows XP or later versions, then you would need to download and install a zip utility program such as WinZip or 7Zip, and use this to extract the installer (EXE) file before running it. Do not copy the ZIP or EXE file to the mobile device since the installer cannot be executed from there. Since Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone can be installed on the mobile device remotely from a desktop PC, the process is fully accessible with a screen reader. The instructions given in this section seem lengthy only because all details about the installation process are provided, covering all possible scenarios, but in reality, the process is simple and straightforward. Please carefully follow the steps below: If you have not yet done so, connect your device to the PC using a USB cable and ensure that the connection is established through ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. Browse to the Mobile Speak Smartphone installation file on your PC using Windows Explorer and press enter to begin the installation process. Note that this is the same installer used even if you want to install Mobile Magnifier Smartphone. If you are asked to first select the installation language, use the Up and Down arrow keys to do so and activate the "OK" button. In the next window, read the terms of the product’s License Agreement, then activate the "I agree" button to continue. In the next window, use the Up and Down arrow keys to select the radio button for the installation type, and then press on the "Next" button. The following explains what each installation type does, but if you are still unsure which one to select, refer to the table in Section 2.1.1. Standard installation: Select this if you are to install Mobile Speak with speech on a device that does not yet have any MSS components, or if you wish to add the Braille or magnification component to a device that already has MSS and one TTS voice installed. Select this also if you want to install Mobile Magnifier with a TTS for speech output at the same time. Install screen magnification only: Select this if you wish to install Mobile Magnifier Smartphone as a standalone product and without any TTS voice on a device that does not yet have any MSS components installed. Then, continue to Step 7. DO not select this if you have already installed MSS with a TTS and only wish to add the Magnifier component because this will install the MSS component again. To add magnification in that case, select "Standard installation" instead. Install additional voice only: Select this if the device already has Mobile Speak with one TTS voice or Mobile Magnifier installed already. This installs only the TTS files, not Mobile Speak’s main components. Then, proceed to Step 7.   If you selected "Standard installation", the next window will let you select the components to be installed. There are three checkboxes that you can Tab to, and they are all checked by default. Use the Space key to change the state of a checkbox, and press the "Next" button to continue: Speech (required for new installations): Checked by default, remember that this option does not only install the TTS but also the main component that drives Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone. This means that if you already have MSS or the standalone MMS installed, then this box should not be checked when adding more TTS voices or the magnification and Braille components later. Conversely, if you do not have any MSS or MMS component installed on the device yet, then this checkbox should not be unchecked. Screen magnification: Unchecked by default, you can tick this box if you want Mobile Magnifier installed with speech at the same time on a device that has no MSS or MMS components yet. If you want to add magnification later, after successfully completing the installation of MSS with the speech component, then run the installer again and select "Standard installation" but leave only this box checked. Braille support: Checked by default, this option should be marked if you want Braille drivers and translation tables installed with speech on a device that has no MSS or MMS components yet. If you want to add Braille support later, after successfully completing the installation of MSS with the speech component, then run the installer again and select "Standard installation" but leave only this box checked. Note that even if you do not have a Braille device, if you wish to read Braille formatted (BRF) files using speech output, then the Braille support component must be installed.   In the "Choose install location" window, you will be asked to select a path where the files are to be placed on your computer before being installed on the Smartphone. As the Mobile Speak Smartphone application does not use up a lot of space, you may accept the default location, and activate the "Next" button. Otherwise, use the "Browse" button. In the "Select installation options" window, you may set the device speaker volume to the maximum level (unchecked by default), enable keypad sounds (unchecked by default), and select the type of installer that you would like to use. Select the "I would like to perform the default installation (recommended)" radio button to use the installer specially designed to install Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone remotely from the PC. Alternatively, select the "I would like ActiveSync to perform the installation of Mobile Speak Smartphone" radio button if you wish to install MSS like other applications. Note that if you select the latter, you need to deal with a couple of prompts on the device (without speech output or screen magnification) to complete installation. Do not press the "Install" button yet. Check that there is an existing internet connection before pressing Enter on the "Install" button. You will need this in the next step if you want to activate the products you are installing. Otherwise, not being connected to the internet at this point does not matter. The Remote Activation Wizard will then be launched. Starting with version 2.0, Code Factory products for the Windows Mobile Standard platform can now be activated using a first-of-its-kind user-centered licensing system that allows any user to activate products on any device anytime and anywhere, . Activations are registered to the user, not to the device, which means that the user can transfer the product activations to another device on the same platform. Note that this is not to say that you can use the product on more than one Smartphone at the same time, unless you purchased product licenses for more than one device, but you can freely move your product activations from one Windows Mobile Smartphone to another as many times as you want. Note also that you will need to activate every time a new version or build of the software is installed. This does not mean you will need to pay for a new activation, but merely that you will need to get activations from the Code Factory licensing server for the products on the device once more. Activations will be free for the products licensed to you. Screens of the Remote Activation Wizard provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to use it, but if you require a detailed, step-by-step explanation, please refer to section 2.4.1. Press Enter on the "Continue" link to activate the products you are installing with a full or trial license, or the "Exit" link to skip this wizard. Note that you can launch this Remote Activation Wizard on your PC anytime after installation or on your device through the Activation Manager described in Section 2.4.2. When run during installation, it will activate only the components you are installing at that time. If launched after installation, however, it will identify all installed products and activate them at the same time which may be preferable if you plan to install more than one TTS voice, for example. If you did not have an existing internet connection when this wizard started or your firewall blocked the application, you will be informed about the failure to connect, and asked whether you wish to try again. If you want to skip the wizard for now and continue with installation, press Enter on "No" or just press Alt+F4. If you have selected the Default Installation in Step 8, a message appears telling you to wait as the remote device (your Smartphone) is being configured. This may take a few minutes. If you selected ActiveSync installation type instead, you will be asked if you wish to install to the default location for this application, which refers to the device main memory, rather than the external storage card. Selecting the "Yes" button will install MSS components to main memory, while pressing the "No" button gives you the option to choose. Please continue to Step 13 if you are using ActiveSync installation. In the "Select a location to install" window that opens if the default installer is used, you can choose from a combo box where you would like Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone to be installed – on the device main memory or the storage card if one is available. Select the location with the Up and Down arrow keys, and activate the "Next" button in this window. We strongly recommend installing MSS components on a storage card. The installation will begin and you will be asked to wait. Note that this will install the TTS engine first. Then the installation of other components to the same location will follow automatically. You do not need to do anything on the device or PC while installation is ongoing, and you can skip now to Step 14 to read what happens next. However, if the ActiveSync installation is selected in Step 8, files of the first component to be installed will be copied from your PC to the device, and then a prompt asking you to select the install location appears on the Smartphone, while there is an "OK" button on the PC screen which you should not activate until you have dealt with the prompt on the Smartphone because pressing "OK" will proceed to copy the files of the next component even before the Smartphone is ready to receive them. Use the Left and Right arrow keys on the Smartphone to change the selection in the prompt, remembering that "Device" is always selected by default, and then pressing the Left Softkey to continue. We suggest that you install all MSS components to a storage card if you have one. After installation of the first component, press the "OK" button on the PC to start installing the other components and repeat the steps you performed on the Smartphone, until all components are installed successfully. When installation of all Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone components is completed successfully, the device will turn off and restart automatically. Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone will run shortly after device startup. A splash screen with an accompanying chime will indicate when components begin to load into memory. If you selected to install Mobile Magnifier, screen magnification will be enabled by default, but if you only added it after installing Mobile Speak, you will need to enable magnification in Start > Mobile Speak Smartphone > Magnification. If you installed the speech component, wait for the TTS engine to load and do not press any key on the device until you hear Mobile Speak Smartphone read the window in focus, usually the Today Screen. Note that some Smartphones like the Motorola Q may not auto-reboot because they initiate battery charging when they are connected to the PC while they are turned off. If the phone has not rebooted after three minutes, power it on manually. Note also that if you are prompted by your phone to enter a PIN code or to run a virus scan, this may prevent the TTS from starting and so you will not have speech output until those prompts are dismissed. CONGRATULATIONS!!! You are now ready to use Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone and enjoy access to a Windows Mobile-powered device. If you want to start using the Code Factory products you have installed, continue to Section 3. 2.1.1 Installation Scenarios If you need help in determining which installation type and components to select during installation, refer to the following table for the specific scenario that applies to you. Note that the installation steps given in the previous section should still be performed as enumerated, and that this section only tells you what to select in Steps 5 and 6. ScenarioWhat to Do I want to install Mobile Speak with speech output, screen magnification, and Braille output.Select "Standard installation" in Step 5, and chec "Screen magnification" in Step 6. After installation, restart the device. 2.1.2 Changing the Installed Voice If you installed Mobile Speak Smartphone with your first choice for the voice (referred to in this section as TTS1), but want to replace TTS1 with another voice (referred to as TTS2) by uninstalling TTS1 rather than just adding TTS2, then do the following: Stop Mobile Speak Smartphone using either the "MSS Off" shortcut in the Start menu or "Stop Mobile Speak Smartphone" in the MSS Control Panel opened by going to Start > Mobile Speak Smartphone. Alternatively, you can restart the phone and press Down arrow while the splash screen sound is playing. This will abort MSS start-up. Connect your device to the PC and establish an ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center partnership (guest or standard). Select "Add/Remove Programs" in the Tools menu of ActiveSync on the PC, or in "Programs and Services" in Windows Mobile Device Center, arrow to the name of TTS1 as displayed in the list, Tab to the "remove" button and hit Enter to uninstall it. Download and run the installer for TTS 2. Remember to select "Install additional voice only" when you are asked to choose which installation type to use. Restart the Smartphone. TTS2 should now be in use. 2.1.3 Installation Instructions for Mac OS and Linux computer Users Mobile Speak installers for the Windows Mobile platform are EXE files that run on Windows PCs. If you have a Macintosh or Linux machine, you will need to extract files from the EXE installer file, copy some CAB files to the device, and run them on the device with sighted help as there is no available speech output yet. For Mac OS users, refer to this page for programs you can install on your computer that will extract the contents of EXE files. For Linux users, check out the Orange tools at SynCE.org, or Wine Install from Wine HQ. The files you need to copy and run on your device are named MobileSpeakPocket.arm.CAB, RemoteServer.arm.CAB, and MSP_[TTSName_Platform].arm.CAB where [TTSName_Platform] may be in the form Fonix_USEnglish_Multivoice_Smartphone, for example. If you wish to install the Magnification and Braille components, then the files you need to copy to the device are named SP_Magnification_Component_English.arm.CAB and Braille_Component.arm.CAB. There are different ways of transferring files to your Windows Mobile device from your Mac or Linux machine, but the following are most recommended: Using a card reader for the type of card used on your device. Card readers cost anywhere from 10 to 30 US dollars and can also be used to share files between the mobile device and computer. Note that if your device is using miniSD or microSD cards, an adapter for inserting such cards into an SD card slot will usually come with the card when purchased. Thus, you can buy an inexpensive SD card reader and just use the adapter for the type of card supported by your device. Using Bluetooth file transfer. Please refer to your computer’s or Bluetooth dongle’s user’s manual for more information. To install the CAB files, you will need sighted assistance since there is no speech output on the mobile device yet. Launch the file system browser application on your device. This will be called File Explorer or File Manager. Navigate to the CAB files and press Enter to run each. Note that you may be prompted that the files are unsigned or from an untrusted publisher, and asked if you wish to continue with the installation. Press the Left Softkey to proceed with installation. Remember that the CAB files must be installed in the following order: RemoteServer.arm.CAB MSP_[TTSName_Platform].arm.CAB MobileSpeakPocket.arm.CAB Either SP_Magnification_Component_English.arm.CAB or Braille_Component.arm.CAB, or both in any order. When you are done installing all CAB files, restart the device. Note that you will need to use the Activation Manager on the device to activate the installed products with a full or trial license. Please refer to Section 2.4.2 for more information. 2.2 Uninstalling Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone You can uninstall Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone using either Microsoft ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center on your PC or the "Remove Programs" tool on your Windows Mobile device. Note that it is not necessary to stop MSS before uninstalling it. To uninstall Mobile Speak Smartphone remotely using your PC: Connect the device to your PC. Establish an ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center partnership. Focus on the ActiveSync window and go to Tools > Add/Remove Programs (Alt+T, then M), or select "Programs and Services" in the main screen of Windows Mobile Device Center, then choose Add/Remove Programs. From the list of installed applications, select "Code Factory Mobile Speak Smartphone". Note that this is also what you need to uninstall first even if you installed Mobile Magnifier without the speech component. Tab to the "Remove" button and press Enter. Press "OK" to confirm. The device will automatically restart during the uninstallation process. Please be patient and do not open Add/Remove Programs at least 60 seconds after a partnership between your device and PC is established again. If the phone has not restarted after three minutes, then restart it manually. Note that there are some Smartphones that automatically start charging the battery when connected to the USB and will not auto-reboot when it is turned off and charging has initiated. You will have to repeat the steps described above to remove the TTS, Braille support or screen magnification component in whichever order you prefer. In Step 4, select the component you wish to remove, instead of "Code Factory Mobile Speak Smartphone". The device will not restart after you uninstall any component. To uninstall Mobile Speak Smartphone on the device: Activate the Start menu (Left Softkey in the Today Screen). Navigate to "Settings" and press Enter. In the list of items, navigate to "Remove Programs" and press Enter. Move to "Code Factory Mobile Speak Smartphone" in the list of applications, press the Right Softkey to open the Menu, arrow to the "Remove" option and press Enter to activate it. Note that this is also what you need to uninstall even if you installed Mobile Magnifier without the speech component. When the device has booted up, establish a partnership with the PC and use Add/Remove Programs in the Tools Menu of ActiveSync or in "Programs and Services" in Windows Mobile Device Center on your PC to uninstall the TTS, Braille support or screen magnification components. Note that you may still see "Code Factory Mobile Speak Smartphone" in the list of programs for your device according to ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center. If so, remove it first using ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center, before proceeding to uninstall any component. 2.3 Installing Upgrades Before installing the new version of Mobile Speak Smartphone, it is important that you properly uninstall the current MSS version on your device. Performing a hard reset is not necessary, unless recommended by Code Factory technical support or specifically mentioned in the release announcement to be a required step. The easiest way to perform a hard reset is to go to: Start > Accessories > Clear Storage on most Smartphones, particularly those made by HTC, Start > Settings > Security > Hard Reset on Samsung phones, Start > Settings > Security > Master Clear on Pantech phones, Start > System Tools > Master Reset on Motorola phones. Then follow the instructions on the screen. Note that a hard reset will delete all the data you stored and applications you installed (not the ones that come pre-installed),, so this should only be done as a last resort to resolve an issue or when advised/requested by Code Factory. Refer to Section 2.2 for instructions on how to uninstall Mobile speak/Magnifier Smartphone. Then follow the instructions given in Section 2.1 to install the latest version of MSS / MMS. If you run into problems uninstalling &/or installing, please write to support@codefactory.es for assistance. 2.4 Activating Code Factory Products for Windows Mobile Starting with version 2.0, registered users of Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones can benefit from a user-centered licensing system. You now have full use of Code Factory products anytime, anywhere, and on any supported Smartphone. This new system allows you to activate the products installed on your device with a full or trial license using any of the following: A computer with an internet connection. Your mobile phone and either a cellular or Wi-Fi connection to the internet. Your phone by simply sending an SMS/text message. Moreover, since the license you paid for is registered to you, the user, rather than the device, you can now change devices whenever you want or need to do so. This means that you can easily transfer the product and its activation from one device to another by deactivating/unregistering the product installed on Device A, and then reactivating it after you have installed it on Device B, absolutely free of charge. Therefore, this allows you to: Upgrade to a new Windows Mobile Smartphone anytime. Use another Smartphone when you send in your device for repair or let a family member/friend borrow it. Switch to a new Smartphone if your phone was lost or damaged. What makes this new licensing system even more exciting and unique in the world of access solutions for mobile devices is that you can change devices more than just once, and you can activate products licensed to you, with or without the assistance of Code Factory and its distributors. To read more about this user-centered licensing system, refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page or write to sales@codefactory.es. Sections 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 will explain how you can activate products on your device, migrate from the old licensing system used in versions before v2.0, obtain trial licenses, and deactivate licensed products so that you can transfer them to another Smartphone. 2.4.1 Using Remote Activation Wizard on Your Computer The Remote Activation Wizard is a web-based application installed on the computer you used to install Code Factory products for Windows Mobile devices. It is launched automatically during installation of the product, and can be started manually by selecting its shortcut at Start > All Programs > Code Factory > Mobile Speak Smartphone [TTS name]. Note that [TTS name] refers to the TTS name that appears in the file name of the installer you used, even if you installed Mobile Magnifier without the speech component. Remember that this application needs to connect to the internet in order to work. If it cannot connect, you will be advised to check your connection and whether your firewall is blocking the application. Then it asks you if you wish to try again (select "yes"), or abort the process (select "no"). 2.4.1.1 Activating Products Using Your Computer With the new licensing system, fully registered users are each given a unique eight-character User ID when they purchase a Code Factory product license. This is what they use to activate all the products licensed to them and installed on their device. They do not need to keep record of serial numbers and the matching license codes, or to enter them manually on the device. If you have been a licensed user of Mobile Speak Smartphone before version 2.0, you must first obtain a User ID and associate with it all the product licenses you currently own. To do this, refer to section 2.4.1.2. If you do not have a User ID but wish to evaluate Code Factory products on your Windows Mobile Smartphone, then you can obtain a 30-day trial activation for free. Note that even without the trial activation, Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier will still install and work on your Smartphone, but these products will stop working and you will be asked to register the products after ten minutes following each reboot of the device. Therefore, if you wish to evaluate the products continuously for 30 days, please follow the steps outlined below. Note that the following steps can also be performed if the Remote Activation Wizard is launched during installation of Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones (mentioned in Step 10 in Section 2.1). Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, that your mobile device is connected to your computer, and that an ActiveSync partnership has been established between your computer and device. If you have not yet done so, install the latest version of Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones on your device. Refer to Section 2.3 for information on how to install upgrades. Launch the Remote Activation Wizard on your PC. Note that this is the same wizard launched during installation, so if you have already activated the products as you were installing them, then there is no need to launch it again after installation for that purpose. The first screen of the Remote Activation Wizard shows introductory text explaining what the wizard does and what you need to do before continuing with product activation. When you are ready to begin the activation process, press Enter on the "Click here to continue" link in the wizard’s first screen. If the wizard was launched after installation, then it will first check which Code Factory products are installed on your mobile device. You will be asked to wait for a while, during which you should not disconnect or power off your device. You will be presented with four radio buttons describing the options available to you. The first one, "I am a registered user and I already have a User ID" is pressed by default, and you should leave this selected if you are a registered user and your product licenses have been associated with a User ID that uniquely identifies you as the owner of those licenses. User IDs are given to new users by the local distributor or Code Factory Sales staff when a product license is purchased, while those who got a license before Version 2.0 can generate their User ID on their own. On the other hand, if you are a new and unregistered user of the Code Factory products you are installing, select the third radio button, "I want to try the software for 30 days". Click on "Continue" and proceed to Step 7 if you already have a User ID (not if you are just about to get one), or skip to Step 8 if you want to obtain a trial activation. If you selected the first of the four radio buttons to get full activations for the products licensed to you, you must enter your eight-character User ID in the edit field provided in the next screen. User IDs are case-sensitive. Please make sure that you have typed the User ID correctly before clicking on "Continue". Proceed to Step 9. If you selected the third of the four radio buttons to obtain a trial activation, then the next screen will ask you to enter your email address, full name, and country. All the information you provide is subject to Code Factory’s Privacy Policy. The Code Factory licensing server will send an email to the address you enter, so please make sure that you type in a valid email address or the activation process may encounter an error. You will also be asked whether you wish to subscribe to Code Factory’s mailing list for the products you are activating. This option is disabled by default, so by checking the box for it, you agree to let Code Factory subscribe the email address you provide to its user forum for this product. You can also subscribe to any mailing list at this page. Click on "Continue" to proceed to the next step. You will be asked to wait for a few minutes while the wizard collects required information from the mobile device. DO not disconnect or power off the device during this time. No information will be sent to Code Factory without your explicit consent and you will be able to examine all information retrieved from your device before it is sent. If successfully obtained, all the information needed to activate your device is displayed in a new window. If you approve its being sent to Code Factory’s servers, then click on "Continue". Otherwise, press Alt+F4 and the activation process will be aborted. All the Code Factory products currently installed on your device will be activated, and information about each activation will be displayed in a new screen. If a full license was purchased for a product, it will be permanently activated. If no license is available for a product, it will be activated to work on trial for thirty days at no charge to the user. Further, if you had chosen to activate with a trial license, an email will be sent to the address you provided, giving the details about the trial period, along with other vital information about using Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone. Click on "Exit" to close the wizard. 2.4.1.2 Obtaining a User ID If you have purchased a license for Mobile Speak Smartphone prior to version 2.0 and the introduction of the user-centered licensing system, then you need to obtain a User ID with which all your registered product licenses and device activations will be associated. To do this: Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, that your mobile device is connected to your computer, and that an ActiveSync partnership has been established between your computer and device. If you have not yet done so, install the latest version of Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones on your device. Refer to Section 2.1 for installation instructions. Either use the Remote Activation Wizard started automatically during installation or launch it after installation using its shortcut on your PC. Read the preliminary text and instructions in the first screen of the wizard, and when you are ready to proceed to the next step, press Enter on the "Click here to continue" link. If the wizard was launched after installation, then it will first check which Code Factory products are installed on your mobile device. You will be asked to wait for a while, during which you should not disconnect or power off your device. You will be presented with four radio buttons describing the options available to you. Select the second one, "I am a registered user but do not have a User ID", and click on "Continue". Do not select this radio button if you have not yet purchased any product license before Version 2.0, as you will only get an error. Please contact your local distributor if you wish to become a registered owner of Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone and a User ID will be generated for you. The next screen will display important information about upgrading to the User-Centered Licensing system. Please read the text carefully before pressing Enter on the "Click here to begin the migration process" link. The server will check which product licenses are associated with the device based on the old licensing system. Then a new screen opens and it will list the serial number and license number pairs registered to your device. Please check these details. In the same screen, you are asked to provide personal information that will be linked with your User ID and product activations. Please fill out all fields and make sure that you enter accurate information, especially in the required fields. Then click on "Continue" to submit this information to the Code Factory server. You will find a link to our Privacy Policy in that screen as well. If license migration is successful, a unique eight-character User ID is automatically generated for you and displayed in the next screen. A table listing all associated product activations will be presented as well. Moreover, an email with your User ID and other vital information about your product activations will be sent to you at the address you provided. Press Enter on the "Click here to restart Remote Activation Wizard" link in order to activate the products installed on your device with your User ID. For instructions on activating products installed on your device with your new User ID and using Remote Activation Wizard on your PC, refer to Section 2.4.1.1. Important: Please keep a copy of this User ID for your reference. You will need this User ID in order to activate your Code Factory products. Remember that this User ID must never be shared with other people. If you get a message at the end of the migration process that no licenses have been found for your device, please email us at sales@codefactory.es. If you own licenses to more than one TTS, the new licensing system identifies which one is the voice you purchased with Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone and is thus registered as your primary TTS, and which ones are licensed as "second voice". This means that if you want to activate Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier on your device, you must have the primary TTS installed, and not just the "second voice" TTS. Therefore, you cannot have the primary TTS on one device and only the "second voice" TTS on another. If you own two devices, each with a full license to a Code Factory product, run the Migration Wizard on each device, and then contact Code Factory, providing the two User IDs that have been generated for you. These User IDs will be merged into one. 2.4.1.3 Deactivating Products Installed on a Mobile Device Using Your Computer If you wish to transfer your product activations to another Windows Mobile Smartphone, you must first deactivate them from the device that is currently associated with your User ID. Unless you paid for licenses to use the product on more than one device, you can only use Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier on one Windows Mobile Smartphone at a time. Only after properly deactivating the products from the first Smartphone will you be able to use them with your full license on another. Note that in cases where your device was lost or damaged before you could deactivate the products, you need to contact Code Factory and provide documentation certifying that the device was stolen or replaced by the phone carrier / manufacturer / vendor. Code Factory will then deactivate the products from that device manually on the licensing server and allow you to activate them on your new device. To deactivate licensed code Factory products on your Smartphone: Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, that your mobile device is connected to your computer, and that an ActiveSync partnership has been established between your computer and device. Launch the Remote Activation Wizard on your PC. The first screen of the Remote Activation Wizard shows introductory text explaining what the wizard does and what you need to do before continuing with product activation. When you are ready to begin the activation process, press Enter on the "Click here to continue" link in the wizard’s first screen. The wizard will then check which Code Factory products are installed on your mobile device. You will be asked to wait for a while, during which you should not disconnect or power off your device. You will be presented with four radio buttons describing the options available to you. Select the fourth one, "I want to deactivate my device and move to another device", and click on "Continue". You must enter your eight-character User ID in the edit field provided in the next screen. User IDs are case-sensitive. Please make sure that you have typed the User ID correctly before clicking on "Continue". All the Code Factory products on your device and which you selected in Step 4 will be deactivated, and information about each deactivation will be displayed in a new screen. This means you are now free to install and activate these products on another device. Click on "Exit" to close the wizard. 2.4.2 Activation Manager After installing Mobile Speak or Mobile Magnifier on your Windows Mobile Smartphone, you can activate the products, obtain a trial license for them, or deactivate them later from that device so that you can use them on another, through the Activation Manager in the MSS Control Panel. This Control Panel can be opened using the "Mobile Speak Smartphone" shortcut found in the Today Screen or in the Start menu. Once opened, NAVIGATE to "Activation Manager" and press Enter. Activation Manager will communicate with the code Factory licensing server using your preferred method of connection: Via the internet using an ActiveSync partnership between your device and a PC with an existing internet connection. Via the internet using your device’s connection with a Wi-Fi hotspot. Via the internet using your mobile phone’s internet service. Please consult your mobile phone provider about configurations on how to get this to work, as well as any charges for using the service. Via SMS/text message. Please consult your mobile phone provider regarding charges for sending and receiving SMS from international numbers. Refer also to our list of mobile phone networks confirmed to work with SMS activations. Note that if you are fully licensed to use the products but do not have a User ID yet, you need to use the Remote Activation Wizard application installed on your PC to obtain a unique User ID and associate your serial number and license number pairs to it. Refer to Section 2.4.1.2 for further information. 2.4.2.1 Activating Products Using Your Mobile Device With the new licensing system, fully registered users are each given a unique eight-character User ID when they purchase a Code Factory product license. This is what they use to activate all the products licensed to them and installed on their device. They do not need to keep record of serial numbers and the matching license codes, or to enter them manually on the device. Please follow these steps to activate products using your Smartphone. Make sure your device is connected to the internet. If the connection is to be made through ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center, make sure your computer is connected to the internet, that your mobile device is connected to your computer, and that a partnership has been established between your computer and device. If your device is connecting to the internet through a Wi-Fi hotspot/router, or through the internet service provided by a mobile phone operator, make sure the device is connected and able to retrieve web pages. If you are activating via SMS, make sure that your Smartphone is not in flight mode and that the coverage / signal level is satisfactory for sending and receiving SMS. Open Activation Manager on your mobile device. A list of installed products and their current activation status will be presented. Press the Left Softkey to open a menu of available options. Press Enter on "Activate my device". You will be asked if you have a User ID. Press the Left Softkey for "Yes" and proceed to Step 6. Press the Right Softkey for "No" and skip to Step 7. If you pressed the Left Softkey in Step 5, you will need to enter your User ID in the next screen. If you have previously activated a product on this device, it should already be in the edit field, so all you need do is press the Left Softkey. If it is not in the edit field, enter it and press the Left Softkey. User IDs are case-sensitive but as the letters in User IDs are all in capitals, uppercase input is automatically set in this edit field. The next window tells you that technical information about your device on which activations are based will be collected. Then you are prompted to select which connection method you wish to use to connect to the Code Factory licensing server. Use the Left and Right arrow keys to select "Internet with cellular, Wi-Fi or ActiveSync connection" or "SMS / text message". You may also toggle whether the information collected from your device is displayed before being sent by pressing Down arrow to find a checkbox that enables or disables the viewing of collected information. This is checked by default. When you’re ready to continue, hit the Left Softkey. If you have chosen to have your device’s information displayed before it is sent to Code Factory, it will be shown in the next screen and you can approve its sending by pressing the Left Softkey. You will then be warned that you may be charged, if your connection is over the cellular network, for the connection. If you had chosen not to have the information displayed, you will immediately receive this warning. Note that this warning does not mean that you will be charged for using Activation Manager, or that it is using a mobile internet connection. This warning is merely to alert you to the possibility that you may be charged and is present even if you are using ActiveSync or another means that is not operated by your mobile carrier. Press the Left Softkey when you are ready to send the collected information to Code Factory. Do not exit the current window while the information is being sent and while your device is waiting to receive the product activations you requested. After a length of time depending on the means you have used to activate (internet or SMS), you should hear that your activations have been successfully updated. All the Code Factory products on your device will be activated and you may now use the product for an unlimited amount of time if you own a full license to it. IF an installed product is not yet licensed to you, it will be activated on a free 30-day trial license. You may now press the Left Softkey and will be returned to the main screen of the activation manager. You can then check the reported activation status for each product in the list. Press the Right Softkey when you are ready to exit the Activation Manager. 2.4.2.2 Deactivating Products Installed on a Device Using the Device Itself If you wish to transfer your product activations to another Windows Mobile Smartphone, you must first deactivate them from the device that is currently associated with your User ID. You can now install and activate them on another device. You may now press the Left Softkey and will be returned to the main screen of the activation manager. Press the Right Softkey when you are ready to exit the Activation Manager. 3 Performing Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone Commands Every Smartphone based on the Standard Edition of the Windows Mobile operating system has a five-way navigation key to perform the function of the Up, Down, Left and Right arrow keys, as well as Enter when the center of the button is pressed. In addition to the Dial/Send key and the Hang Up/End Call key, there are Left and Right Softkeys that activate whichever control is assigned to them in any given window. When reading soft key assignments, Mobile Speak Smartphone refers to the left soft key as "Left Soft" and the right soft key as "Right Soft". Further, Smartphones have two keys called Back and Home. The Back key can be used to exit windows, menus, and dialogs like the Escape key on a Windows PC, to move up a directory level in a tree view or to the window previously in focus, and to delete the character to the left of the cursor like the Backspace key in Windows. When MSS or MMS is not running, the Home key places the focus on the Today (or Home) Screen. Note that with MSS or MMS running, however, this function is performed by pressing the Hang-up key. Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier commands on Windows Mobile Smartphones consist of the Home key as a modifier. This means that you need to press and release the Home key first, and Then press a different key to perform the assigned command, or press the Home key again to toggle the modifier off. Note that some commands require that you press and hold the other key for half a second before releasing it, in order to perform a function different from when that key is pressed and released immediately. Most commands turn off the modifier after they are executed. But for commands that can be used repeatedly to cycle through possible values or options, e.g., the command to change the speech rate and to cycle through the last five previously spoken text, the Windows key remains toggled on for three seconds during which the other key in the command can be pressed to repeat the function it performs. A beep will indicate that the modifier has turned off. On the other hand, to indicate that the Home key is enabled, MSS will say "Home" when it is pressed. Some Smartphones have a standard phone keypad with four rows of three keys: 1, 2, 3 in the first; 4, 5, 6 in the second; 7, 8, 9 in the third; and *, 0, # in the last. This keypad is used to dial numbers and input text. Other Smartphones feature a QWERTY keyboard with a numeric keypad area activated by pressing a function key before any key in a set of twelve that may be considered THE KEYS IN A STANDARD PHONE KEYPAD. For example, this numeric area may consist of ‘w’, ‘e’, ‘r’ for 1, 2, 3; ‘s’, ‘d’, ‘f’ for 4, 5, 6; ‘x’, ‘c’, ‘v’ for 7, 8, 9; a key under ‘c’ for 0, ‘a’ for * and ‘g’ for #. Still other Smartphones have both a standard phone keypad and a QWERTY keyboard. MSS supports all such Smartphones and commands can be performed using combinations of the Home key and any key on the standard phone keypad (short and long press) and the equivalent numeric keys on a QWERTY keyboard. Note that on Smartphones that have a QWERTY keyboard, pressing the Home key automatically tells MSS or MMS that the next key pressed will be recognized by its corresponding numeric function, if any. It is possible that this may not work properly in some applications, however, and in which case, you either enable the numeric functions of the QWERTY keyboard before performing the command, or execute the equivalent Home + letter commands used on external QWERTY keyboards as listed in Section 3.2. 3.1 Command Layouts Starting with version 2.0, commands used in Mobile Speak Smartphone are now grouped, according to function, into different layouts. The command Home + 5 lets you switch to another layout. Remember that since this cycles through the available command layouts, you do not need to press the Home key again when you want to repeat the command. The different command layouts are as follows: Default This layout includes the most frequently used commands and screen reader functions such as those for reading displayed information (e.g., date and time, status icons, current softkey assignments), repeating and spelling the last spoken text, reading text by word, opening the Mobile Speak Control Panel, as well as the commands for changing the most commonly configured speech settings (e.g., rate, volume, and active TTS voice) are available in this command layout that is selected immediately after installation of Mobile Speak smartphone. Advanced Reading This layout provides different text navigation commands for reading the contents of edit controls and web pages by word, sentence or paragraph. It also lets you read the text continuously from the start or the current cursor position. Further, it includes commands for moving the cursor to the start or end of the text. Settings This layout consists of the commands that configure MSS settings on the fly wherever you are on the phone’s interface. These include settings that affect verbosity and punctuation level, the user mode which provides predefined settings for screen reader options, the user dictionary for changing TTS-specific pronunciation of words, and many more. Magnification This layout is selected by default if you install Mobile Magnifier without the speech component. It offers several hotkeys for controlling the magnifier including the zoom level, color schemes, magnification layout, auto panning feature, font smoothing, as well as commands to move the magnifier to different parts of the screen. 3.1.1 Default Layout Commands CommandFunction Home + Left SoftkeyRead status information (number of missed calls and unread text messages, signal strength and network operator, battery level and charging state, ActiveSync and Bluetooth state, volume level, last caller, upcoming appointments and active tasks) Home + Right SoftkeyRead date and time currently set on the device Home + BackQuit current application (i.e., unload it from memory rather than minimize its window and let it run in the background) Home + DialChange the active TTS voice (Note: this will not open if there is only one installed voice) Home + EnterRead current softkey assignments Home + UpRead text from the start (if performed in an edit field or web page) / Increase speech volume by one level from 0 to 10 (if performed elsewhere) Home + DownRead text from current cursor position (if performed in an edit field or web page) / Decrease speech volume by one level from 10 to 0 (if performed elsewhere) Home + RightMove to next word/link and read it (if performed in an edit field or web page) / Increase speech rate by one level from 0 to 20 (if performed elsewhere) Home + LeftMove to previous word/link and read it (if performed in an edit field or web page) / Decrease speech rate by one level from 20 to 0 (if performed elsewhere) Home + 1Open the MSS Control Panel Home + 1 (hold)Connect to, or disconnect from, default Braille device Home + 2Open the MSS Switch to App dialog (for opening the window of an application currently running in the background or to unload it from memory; note: this will not open if there is no minimized program) Home + 3Activate the MSS review cursor (to explore areas of the screen not selectable using system focus; note: press Home key to toggle the review cursor off) Home + 5Change command layout Home + 7Spell last spoken text (this cycles through the five previous text strings rendered in speech) Home + 8Text Capture (to copy the text in the control currently in focus and place it on a read-only edit field where text navigation commands can be used) Home + 9Repeat last spoken text (this cycles through the five previous text strings rendered in speech) Home + 0Toggle speech mute Home + 0 (hold)Route audio to a paired Bluetooth headset (Note: The Headset profile must first be selected in start > Settings > Profiles) Home + *Read the item or line of text currently in focus Home + #Read the contents of the whole screen (use this to read status indicators like the number of characters entered in a text message being composed) Home (pressed when the screen is being read)Interrupt speech (Note: either wait three seconds for the this key to toggle off as command modifier, or press it again) Home (pressed when phone is ringing)Mute ringtone to hear caller ID (Note: You only have to press this key once and the caller ID will be repeated with a two-second interval between readings.) These keyboards usually connect through Bluetooth. Mobile Speak Smartphone supports these external keyboards, and you can use them not only for input but also for controlling the Windows Mobile device. Once the connection between the keyboard and your device is established, you may start typing characters on the keyboard and Mobile Speak Smartphone will respond normally. MSS commands are performed on an external QWERTY keyboard using the same key combinations involving numbers or letters as on the Smartphone itself, but instead of the Home key, the Windows key is the command modifier. For example, Windows + D reads the current date and time set on the Smartphone. Braille commands are specific to the Braille device in use and the keys available on it. For more information, please read the MSS Braille Support User’s Guide. The following table lists the key combinations to use on an external QWERTY keyboard. Note that the Home + number commands will also work on such a keyboard. On the other hand, even if your Smartphone has a QWERTY keyboard, pressing the letter keys that correspond to numbers during numeric input will be recognized by MSS for their number functions even if you do not activate numeric mode. For example, if the letter d enters the number 5 on your Smartphone, Home + d on the Smartphone’s built-in QWERTY keyboard will perform the Home + 5 command (Change Command Layout). However, Windows + d on an external QWERTY keyboard, if the control in focus allows input of letters, will perform the Home + d command (Read Date and Time). Note that it is possible though that in some applications, Home + number combinations using the built-in QWERTY keyboard may not work. In this case, either enable the numeric function of the keyboard before pressing the Home key, or use the following Home + letter command equivalents. Some of these commands perform functions not native to the application, but which MSS offers users to meet specific needs of the blind and visually impaired. Internet Explorer: Enter: Focus on a form field (e.g., edit box, combo box, list box) to enter text or select a value Up or Down arrow while focus is on a form field: exit the field to continue normal navigation of the web page Home + Left: move to previous link Home + Right: move to next link Home + Enter: speak relative position on web page in percent (starting with 0% at the top of the page) Windows Media Player: Enter or p: play currently selected track Enter or Space: pause or resume playback of currently selected track Enter (hold) or s: stop playback of currently selected track 2 or a: play again the currently selected track from the start Left (short or long press): rewind currently playing track Right (short or long press): fast forward currently playing track 7 or b: move back to previous track in "Now Playing" list 9 or n: move to next track in "Now playing" list Up (short press): increase player volume (size of increment depends on WMP volume slider) Down (short press): decrease player volume (size of decrement depends on WMP volume slider) 0 or u: toggle player volume mute (does not affect MSS) 8 or t: speak information about current track (title, artist, and album) Up (hold) or x: speak current time position in selected track and its total time length Down (hold) or g: go to specified time position (a dialog opens where you can enter the time in fields for the hours, minutes and seconds) 5 or m: add marker at current time position in selected track (Note: you must enter a marker name to add the marker successfully; markers are saved even when you close the application) 4 or r: rewind to previous marker 6 or f: fast forward to next marker 3 or d: delete currently selected marker 1 or l: delete all markers Calculator: Arrow keys: select the four arithmetic operators (+ for addition, – for subtraction, x for multiplication, and / for division) Enter or = from Menu: get calculation result Home + 9 or Home + l: repeat calculation result Home + # or Home + w: read calculator screen MSN or Windows Live Messenger: Enter: switch between conversation and input area (Note: if you have reached the top or bottom of the input/conversation field, pressing Up/Down will move you to the other field) Left Softkey: send chat message Stopwatch and Smart Converter Found on Samsung Smartphones: # key: Read the current stopwatch time at that moment, or read the conversion result 3.4 Command Help Mode The Command Help Mode assists you to familiarize yourself with the commands of Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone. In this mode, you can explore all the commands without actually performing them. To turn on the Command Help Mode, Press the Home key four times within ten seconds. Mobile Speak Smartphone will say "Command Help Mode On". You can now press or press and hold any key to learn the command it performs when the Home key is turned on. You do not need to press the Home key because it is already enabled as a command modifier in this Help Mode. Mobile Speak Smartphone will provide a short description of the function assigned to that keystroke. To turn off the Command Help Mode, press Home key four times again within ten seconds. Mobile Speak Smartphone will inform you that it is now exiting Command Help Mode. Note that this mode is not available if the speech component is not installed. 4 Using Your Windows Mobile Smartphone In this section, basic information about Smartphones and their interface will be discussed, including text input methods, navigation in dialogs, tree views and lists, as well as other useful tips. 4.1 The Today Screen, Start Menu, Quick List and Settings Application When the Smartphone is turned on, or when all windows are closed, focus will be on the Today Screen (also known as the Home Screen). This shows items that give information about upcoming appointments, active profiles, missed calls, and unread text messages, among other things that may depend on the Smartphone and the applications installed. These items are also shortcuts which, when activated, will launch the associated application; e.g., Calendar for upcoming appointments, Call History for missed calls, and Messaging for unread text messages. You can set different layouts for the Today Screen, but MSS comes with its own that is selected automatically after installation. The Windows Default Home Screen Layout is also fully supported. Note that on some phones like the Motorola Q, it may also be necessary to select default colors in the phone’s settings. Remember that when you install a 3rd-party application (e.g., Skype), it is possible that this will also install and select its own Home screen layout which may not be supported by MSS, thus making it hard to read the Today Screen. In this case, enter Start > Settings > Home Screen, Start > Settings > Display > Home Screen, or a similar Settings dialog on your phone to select the Mobile Speak Smartphone layout again. At the top of the Today Screen is the list of recently opened applications. Use the Left and Right arrow keys to move through the shortcuts for these listed programs. Press Enter to launch the application or focus on its window if it’s still running in the background. The Start menu is opened only from the Today Screen by pressing the Left Softkey. By default, the Start menu consists of screens that display nine items at a time. The items are arranged like numbers 1 through 9 on the telephone keypad, and indeed, pressing these numbers will launch the shortcut located at its relative position. To view the next screen of nine Start menu items, press the Left Softkey assigned to show "More". Use the back key to move back a screen at a time. When you press the Back key on the first Start menu screen, focus returns to the Today Screen. However, when Mobile Speak Smartphone is installed, the device is configured such that the Start menu is displayed in a list view consisting of three or more pages, with the number of items in each page depending on the size of the screen. MSS will speak a number from 1 through 9 and 0, or letters on some QWERTY Smartphones, before each item name, which indicates the number/letter that serves as an access key to launch that application. Note that the access key you use will activate the corresponding item in the page currently in focus. Therefore, if pressing 1 in the first page activates the Mobile Speak Smartphone shortcut which opens the Control Panel, pressing 1 in the second page (to which you move focus by pressing the Right arrow key while on the first page or the Left arrow key while on the third) will activate the first shortcut in that page. In the Start menu is an item to open the Settings application where you can change different options for your Smartphone including phone features, security, profiles, sound schemes, etc. MSS speaks a number before each item, pressing which will open the item even though it is not currently in focus. Another useful application on Smartphones is one that opens a Quick List of shortcuts to perform commonly used functions such as turning off the phone, locking the keypad, toggling Flight Mode on/off, opening the Wireless Manager, and changing phone profiles. This Quick List can be accessed from anywhere in the Smartphone interface, but the key used to access it may vary from one device to another. On most Smartphones, a short press of the Power button opens the Quick List, while on others, you need to long press the Home key or use an application button found on the side of the device. Please refer to your mobile phone’s manual for information about this. 4.2 Navigating Through Dialogs, Lists, Grids, and Tree Views To move through the controls in a dialog like those that open when accessing items in Start > Settings, Up and Down arrow keys move focus from one control to another. In a control with items to select, Left and Right arrow keys focus on the selection. The state of checkboxes is toggled using the Enter key or the Space key if available. Finally, "Done" and "Cancel" or similarly labeled buttons, which both close the dialog but where the latter discards changes made rather than saving them, are assigned to the soft keys. If focus lands on a tree view like what opens when some versions of the File Manager/Explorer are launched, Mobile Speak Smartphone will say that it’s a tree view. Use Up and Down arrow keys to move through the tree view items in the open level. If MSS says "Open" after the item name, then this is the name of the level you are currently exploring. If MSS says "Closed", then focus is on an item that has sub-items. Press Enter to open this item and press the Down arrow key to enter this sub-level. To close an open level, press Enter on it again. If MSS does not say "Open" or "Closed", then the item has no more sub-items. However, in a file system presented in a tree view like in File Manager/Explorer, the tree view levels correspond to folders only, not the files in side folders. In order to view the files, you need to switch to the list view by pressing the Left Softkey (if this is its assignment). Note that the list of files displayed when this key is pressed will be for the folder that was in focus when you switched to list view. For example, if the root level has 11 folders and five files, you will only see 11 items in tree view. If focus is on the topmost item called "Smartphone [-]" and which MSS indicates as "Root, open", pressing the left Softkey will display the 11 folders and the five files in the root directory. IF, however, the focus was on one of the eleven folders when you switched to the list view, then even if the folder is "Closed" according to MSS, its contents (both folders and files) will be displayed. At the top of the list view is an item that MSS reads as "Period". This refers to the parent folder and pressing Enter on it will take you up one level and still be in list view. To switch back to the tree view, press Left Softkey again. Note that for the latest models of Windows Mobile Smartphones, the file and folder system is now presented as a list with the Left Softkey assigned to move "Up" a level if there is a parent folder. In some windows, you will find grids rather than lists. Examples are the Start menu before MSS is installed and the Symbols dialog opened by long-pressing the # key in a text message. Use the Left and Right arrow keys to move through items in a row, and the Up and Down arrow keys to move from one row to another. 4.3 Text Input Text input on a Smartphone with a phone keypad is accomplished using the multipress text input standard to regular cell phones. For example, pressing the number 2 key once inserts the letter a, pressing it twice quickly types in the letter b, and three quick presses enters the letter c, and the user has to pause to let the character corresponding to the key presses get inserted. Alternatively, the user can press the Down arrow right after the multiple presses to insert the character without waiting for multipress timeout. The following lists the characters inserted by each key: Number 1 key – Frequently used punctuations such as period, question mark, exclamation point, comma, dash, apostrophe, at sign, colon, and slash. Long-pressing this key inserts the number 1. Number 2 key – Inserts a, b, c, and the number 2 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 3 key – Inserts d, e, f, and the number 3 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 4 key – Inserts g, h, i, and the number 4 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 5 key – Inserts j, k, l, and the number 5 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 6 key – Inserts m, n, o, and the number 6 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 7 key – Inserts p, q, r, s, and the number 7 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 8 key – Inserts t, u, v, and the number 8 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 9 key – Inserts w, x, y, z, and the number 9 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Number 0 key – Inserts the plus sign and 0 which can also be entered by long-pressing the key. Star * key – Changes the input type (e.g., autocap spell, cap spell, numeric, autocap T9, and Cap T9). MSS will announce the input type. Hash # key – Inserts a Space. When pressed and held for a second, this opens the Symbols dialog which consists of up to four screens. Use the navigation key to move around the list and press Enter to insert a symbol. Use the Left and Right Softkeys to move from one screen to another. Enter key – By pressing the center of the navigation key, a new line is started in a multiline edit control like the message body. Back key – Deletes the character to the left of the cursor. Long-pressing this key will delete characters continuously until the edit control is cleared. T9 predictive text input is also supported. This input method is activated by default on most QWERTY Smartphones, but it can be turned off either through a list displayed by pressing the * key or in Start > Settings. On Smartphones with standard phone keypads, T9 is selected by pressing the * key until MSS says "T9 spell" (for lowercase mode), "T9 auto cap" (for automatic capitalization of the first letter of sentences), or "T9 cap" (for uppercase mode). With T9 input, the keys responsible for inserting letters just need to be pressed once for each character and possible matches will be searched and displayed from the T9 dictionary. For example, if the user presses 4663, the first suggested word is "good". If the Down arrow key is pressed, this enters a suggestion list which will show other matching words including "home", "gone", "hood", etc. Use the Up and Down arrow keys to move through this list and then press Enter to select and insert a word. If the first suggested word is correct, however, inserting a space will select that word automatically. Moreover, you may use an external Bluetooth keyboard for input. A popular external keyboard used is the Think Outside Bluetooth keyboard. You may obtain the appropriate drivers for your device from their downloads page. 4.4 Locking and Unlocking the Numeric Keypad or QWERTY Keyboard The key/s pressed to lock the numeric keypad or QWERTY keyboard on a Windows Mobile Smartphone varies from one device to another. On some, it can be done by long-pressing the Hang-up key. Others, where press and hold of the Hang-up key will power the device on/off, provides a different key combination (e.g., Home + Space on Motorola Smartphones). The option to lock the keypad/keyboard is also available in the Quick List opened either by a short press of the Power button or long press of the Home key, or some other key press described in the user’s manual for your device. Note that once the keypad/keyboard is locked, the Left Softkey will be assigned to "Unlock". On the other hand, unlocking the numeric keypad or QWERTY keyboard is, more often than not, done by pressing Left Softkey + *. However, there are a couple of things you need to keep in mind in order to unlock the keypad/keyboard without encountering any difficulties. First, remember that if you do not touch the phone for a few minutes or longer, it will enter into standby mode to conserve battery power. When you finally press a key, this will not perform its default function but will instead take the device out of standby. Consequently, if you press Left Softkey + * right away, the Left Softkey will only "wake up" the device rather than activate its assigned function to "Unlock". It is always advisable, therefore, to press any key first (e.g., Hang-up key) before pressing Left Softkey + *. Secondly, remember that you need to press Left Softkey + * with the shortest possible pause between the press of these two keys. If the keypad/keyboard is locked, and a key is pressed to wake up the phone, you are in a screen where LeftSoft is assigned to "Unlock". Let’s call this Screen A. When you press LeftSoft in Screen A but do not press * right away, MSS will read the new contents of the screen, "Unlock window, press the ‘*’ key to unlock the phone" and the left softkey in this window will be assigned to "Cancel". Let’s call this Screen B. However, pressing * in Screen B doesn’t do anything. You need to press LeftSoft in Screen B to cancel that window first, and return to Screen A, then you have to press LeftSoft again, quickly followed by * key to unlock the keypad/keyboard successfully. This usually confuses new users who think that the Unlock key sequence is not working. This is what typically happens: The user may not have pressed the * key fast enough after the Left Softkey so that the device thinks he requires instructions on how to unlock and thus displays Screen B where the user finally presses * but where nothing will happen since he needs to cancel this screen first and return to Screen A. Or, hitting the Left Softkey may not have activated the "Unlock" function but merely took the device out of standby when it was pressed so only * was recognized to have been pressed in Screen A, thus triggering the device to display the instructions on unlocking in Screen B. Then, believing that the Unlock key sequence did not work, user will execute Left Softkey + * again, but since he is in Screen B, pressing Left Softkey will only "Cancel" this screen and return focus to Screen A, where pressing * will again cause the device to display instructions in Screen B, and user ends up in a vicious cycle of pressing Left softkey + * in the wrong screen at the wrong time. Note that this problem has nothing to do with MSS and is how the Windows Mobile Smartphone interface is designed. It is important, therefore, that if the user hears MSS say, "Unlock window, press the ‘*’ key to unlock the phone", he should first press the Left Softkey to dismiss this screen, and then quickly press LeftSoftkey + * to successfully unlock the keypad/keyboard. 4.5 Useful Tips About Using a Windows Mobile Smartphone To close a window and return to the Today Screen, press the Hang-up key. This is useful if you want to quickly close a window like a text message you are composing that you do not yet wish to send. Instead of opening the application menu with the Right Softkey and selecting "Save to Drafts" or "Cancel Message", pressing the Hang-up key will close the window and move focus to the Today Screen, and the message will be opened where you left off the next time the Messaging application is launched. When a window is closed on a Windows Mobile Smartphone using the Back or Hang-up key, it has only been minimized and the associated program continues to run in the background. The exception is when the window closed was displaying a dialog that you exited using a software button control or a softkey assigned to OK/Done or Cancel/Back. The purpose of keeping applications running on the background is to allow the device to open their respective windows faster the next time you try to launch an application using its shortcut. The running programs will remain loaded in the device memory until you restart or soft reset the phone, and when the system automatically unloads some idle application in the background to run new ones that you have launched. If you want to unload the current program from memory as you close its window, however, remember that you can use the Quit Application command assigned to Home + back, or the "Stop" or "Stop all" options in the MSS Switch to App dialog opened with Home + 2. Pressing the Dial key when there is no number dialed will open a list of numbers on previous incoming and outgoing calls. MSS speaks the icons in this list that indicate if the call associated with the displayed number was "missed", "incoming", or "outgoing". If the Dial key is pressed and held for a second during a call, it toggles the Speaker Phone on/off. If this does not work on your Smartphone, please refer to its user’s manual for instructions on turning on the speaker phone. If the Quick List item says "Flight Mode", this means that Flight Mode is turned off and pressing Enter on this shortcut will activate it. On the other hand, if it says "Flight Mode off", then the mode is activated and hitting Enter on this item will turn it off. On some Smartphones, the Flight Mode option is available in the Com Manager or Wireless Manager application which has a shortcut in the Quick List. The icon labeled "All" or "All radios" is used to toggle this mode. Note that when Flight Mode is turned on, all the device’s radio transmitters and receivers (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and phone) will be turned off. This mode is activate when the user is going to fly on an airplane so as to prevent the radio signals from interfering with the plane’s communication and navigation systems. If you cannot get a network signal in a certain area or if you removed the SIM card, MSS may still report that signal strength is at 100%. This is because some phones can still be used for making calls to emergency numbers even when there is no available network coverage. If you set the profile to "Automatic", the phone automatically switches between the "Normal" profile which alerts the user about all calls and messages received, and the Meeting profile which silences the incoming call and message alert tones when a scheduled appointment in your Calendar has the status set to "Busy". In Start > Settings > Accessibility, there is an option for the "In-call Alert Volume". Increasing its value will make ring tones on incoming calls sound louder. Depending on the Smartphone, sound files need to be saved in the root directory of the Storage Card, in the Windows directory, in \Application Data\Sounds, or \Windows\Rings so that they appear in the list of ringtones you can choose from in Start > Settings > Sounds, or when assigning ringtones to individual contacts. Depending on the WM6 Smartphone, PowerPoint Mobile may open a PPT presentation displaying its contents in landscape screen orientation. IN this case, open the menu with the Right Softkey, select Options, and set the screen orientation to "Portrait" so that MSS can read the slides better. Moreover, if the PowerPoint file has animations, text boxes and place holders, select Options from the menu, check the box to override playback options, and check the boxes for showing the slides without animations and media. Press the Left Softkey to confirm your changes. If you press the Right Softkey while focus is on a Start menu shortcut, you will find options for assigning a speed dial or voice tag to that shortcut. Similar options can be found in the menu of the Contacts application. A speed dial key is used by pressing the speed dial number assignment in the Today Screen but for the last digit (or the only digit for speed dial keys 1 through 9), the key is pressed and held for half a second. Voice tags are used through the Voice Dial application built into Windows Mobile Smartphones, where you speak the recorded tag to activate the item assigned to it. Speed dial keys and voice tags can be assigned to contacts and applications. Thus, you can assign a speed dial key to "the "MSS On" and "MSS Off" shortcuts in the Start menu, for instance, and use these to load and unload MSS from memory when necessary. Note also that such shortcuts are available in the MSS Control Panel, and that if you press the Down arrow key while the MSS splash screen sound is playing, MSS start-up will be aborted as indicated by a descending tone interrupting the splash screen sound. In Start > Accessories (most Smartphones), Start > System Tools (Motorola phones), and Start > Settings > Security (Samsung and Pantech phones) (is a shortcut labeled "Clear Storage", "Hard reset", "Master Clear", "Master Reset" or something similar. Activating this and entering the string of numbers that the text on the screen instructs you to key in, then pressing the Left Softkey will format the device as though a hard reset was performed. However, if the device locked up and you cannot get to the "Clear Storage" shortcut, each device has steps for hard resetting that involve pressing the Power button with other keys held down until a message asking if you wish to hard reset the device is displayed on the screen. When the device is formatted, all data not stored on external storage cards will be erased and Smartphone settings will be set to their defaults. Note that even if applications were installed to the storage card, the Windows registry is in the device memory and so you will still need to reinstall all programs following a hard reset. Unlike other similar solutions, MSS includes different functions and applications that make your mobile phone more than a communications device, and it offers more flexibility for a better user experience. The following sections describe just some of these unique product features. 5.1 Control Panel The Control Panel contains a number of options that allow each user to customize the behavior of Mobile Speak/Magnifier Smartphone to suit individual preferences. Some of the options that can be changed include text processing and verbosity settings, speech output during a call or while dialing, the option to run Mobile Speak Pocket automatically at system startup, and many more. This is also where the Activation Manager for activating products, Device Manager for connecting to Braille devices, and the Magnification configuration screen can be found. To access the Control Panel, press Home + 1 in the Default and Settings layouts. The same command, when performed with the Magnification layout selected, will directly open the Magnification dialog in the Control Panel. You can also press Windows + c on an external QWERTY keyboard. Alternatively, the Control Panel can be accessed using the "Mobile Speak Smartphone" shortcut in the Today Screen and the start menu. The MSP Control Panel is a standard application with a multipage list view. Each item in the list opens another dialog box with different options. Moreover, each item has an assigned number hotkey which when pressed anywhere in the current page, will open that item. The last item on each page except the last one is called "More" with 0 as the hotkey, and this will take you to the first item of the next page. Alternatively, you can use the Left or Right arrow key to move to the previous or next page. For example, to access the General options dialog, you can either arrow down to "General" and press Enter or the Left Softkey, or just press 3 while in the first page where this item is available. The first item on the first page of the Control Panel’s main screen is called "Modes". Mobile Speak Smartphone comes with three sets of preconfigured options, and these are called user modes. Each mode contains the same options but they differ in setting configuration. The Beginner user mode which is selected by default has settings that make Mobile Speak Smartphone most verbose. MSS becomes less verbose with the Intermediate and Advanced user modes. You can change the settings for each mode to customize it to your needs in different situations. For example, the Beginner mode can be used when editing text where keyboard echo may be set to "Characters and Words", punctuation verbosity may be set to "All", and spell mode may be set to "Phonetic". On the other hand, Intermediate mode may be the one you use most of the time, while Advanced mode where MSS is least verbose may be used during leisure reading. Remember that in order to save changes to settings, you must select the softkey (usually the left) assigned to "OK". To discard your changes or to close the Control Panel or exit one of its folders (e.g., Modes), press the Right Softkey. 5.2 Braille Reader Application Code Factory recognizes the power of Windows Mobile devices and how they can be used not only for communications but also for performing other tasks such as notetaking and reading books. For Windows Mobile 6 Smartphones, MSS fully supports all Office Mobile applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). For Windows Mobile 5 Smartphones where Office Mobile is not yet included, a 3rd-party application that can be used for creating and reading text documents is likewise supported. Moreover, a unique feature of MSS, never seen in other screen readers for desktop computers or for mobile devices, is a Braille Reader application that supports Braille formatted (BRF) files that can be downloaded from online sources such as Bookshare.org, the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, the CNIB Digital Library, and the International Braille Research Center. Further, this application already includes a Bookshare unpack utility, so after saving the BKS files on your device, you can simply navigate to a Bookshare file using File Explorer / File Manager, press Enter on it, and type in your Bookshare password, if prompted, to start unpacking. You will also be asked if you wish to keep a copy of the BKS file after it has been unpacked. The BRF file will automatically be opened after it is unpacked. Note that you can use this application even if you do not have a Braille device. MSS will inform you that no connection to a Braille device was connected, and then it will ask you if you wish to proceed. Press the Left Softkey for "yes". If you open a BRF file, or the application opens one after being unpacked from a Bookshare file, MSS will ask you if you wish to preserve soft line breaks in the document. If you want to read this file continuously from some point or cursor position, or if you plan to navigate by paragraphs, then answering "no" to this prompt with the Right Softkey will make speech output smoother as it will not pause at line endings, except where carriage returns are inserted to begin new paragraphs. Similarly, if you are using a Braille device with short Braille displays, removing the line breaks will also improve the flow of Braille reading since text is shown on the entire Braille display, rather than starting a new Braille line at soft line breaks. However, if you want to know where lines begin and end in the file, press the Left Softkey at that prompt. Remember that text navigation commands to read by character (left / Right arrow key), line (Up / Down arrow key), and the commands available in the Advanced Reading layout to move by word, sentence and paragraph, as well as continuously from the top of the file or cursor position, can all be used in the Braille Reader application. Observe also that MSS will say the correct name of each Braille character. Note that on some Smartphones (e.g., Motorola Q 9M), you may need to enable the numeric functions of the QWERTY keyboard first in order to perform Advanced Reading commands. If you wish to view a list of BRF and BKS files saved on your device or storage card, press the Left Softkey for "Open" when in the Braille Reader application or a BRF file itself. MSS will search for supported files and a series of double beeps is played to indicate the progress of the search. When the list of files is shown, navigate to the one you wish to access and press Enter. Note that when you close a BRF file, MSS will remember your place in it so that you can continue reading where you left off when this file is reopened later. To exit a file or the Braille Reader application, press the Right Softkey for "Exit". 5.3 TTS-Specific User Dictionary You can change the way the TTS voice you are using pronounces words through the User Dictionary of Mobile Speak Smartphone. Switch to the Settings layout using Home + 5, and then press Home + 4 to open the user dictionary for the currently active voice. Note that different TTS engines have different pronunciations for the same word. In the user dictionary, you have an edit field for entering the "actual word" and a "read as" field for the pronunciation text string. Note that you can only enter single words, and numbers and punctuations are ignored. To change the placement of stress on syllables, use uppercase letters in the pronunciation string to start a new syllable. For example, to correct the way the word "knowledgebase" is pronounced, enter knowledgebase as the actual word, and knowledgeBase in the "Read as" edit field. You can also change the way individual letters are pronounced through the user dictionary. IF, for instance, you have difficulty hearing the letter ‘e’ spoken at higher speech rate levels, you can enter e as the actual word and eeee as the pronunciation string. When you are ready to add the pronunciation entry, press the Left Softkey and select "Add". The new entry will be added to the list presented in the main screen of the user dictionary. Other options available in the menu opened with the Left Softkey can be used to "delete" entries, "modify" existing entries, and "clear edit fields" so that you do not need to delete the text entered one character at a time using the Back key. To exit the user dictionary and save your entries, select "OK" in the Options menu. To exit the user dictionary without saving your changes, press the Right Softkey. 5.4 Speech Through the Bluetooth Headset and During a Call If you have a Bluetooth headset, you can route MSS speech and system audio to it by following these steps: Pair the Bluetooth headset with your Smartphone by going to Start > Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, selecting "Devices" in the Menu, and then pressing Enter on "New" in the Menu of the next window that opens. Follow the instructions in the proceeding windows. Make sure that the headset is set to be used as a Bluetooth handsfree in the list of services available for that Bluetooth device. When the headset has been paired successfully, press Home + Long0 or Home + t to route/transfer audio to the Bluetooth headset. Note that on some Smartphones, you would need to select the headset profile first before this will work, and still on other Smartphones, the routing of audio to the Bluetooth headset does not work at all due to a limitation of the current firmware on the device. By default, speech and system audio will be routed back to the device speaker after a call is terminated or when you use Microsoft Voice Command. You will thus need to press Home + long0 or Home + t again. If you want MSP to route audio back to the BT headset automatically in such cases, go to the MSP Control Panel by pressing Home + 1 or Home + c, and select "Audio Settings",. Check the first checkbox in this dialog that enables the option of auto routing to Bluetooth. Activate the Left Softkey for "Done". To stop the routing of audio to Bluetooth, simply turn off the BT headset or restart the phone. Also by default, MSS speech feedback is not available during a call. This is because Windows Mobile sets system volume to 0 while you’re in a call (which does not affect the audio coming from the other line, of course). To have MSS speech output, go to the Control Panel and select the "Phone" option". The first control lets you set the volume of system audio to a non-0 value (note that this does not work on some devices due to this feature being disabled in that phone’s firmware). Another useful option in this dialog is a checkbox, unchecked by default, that automatically mutes speech when an incoming or outgoing call is established. If the "Silent on calls" feature is checked, you can manually unmute speech during a call with the Home + 0 or Home + u command if you need to access certain menus or applications with speech output. You can mute speech again with the same command when you’re done. Whether or not speech was muted when the call is terminated, speech output will automatically be re-enabled. 5.5 Mobile Speak Smartphone and 3rd-Party Applications Apart from working well with built-in Windows Mobile Smartphone applications, Mobile Speak Smartphone also supports 3rd-party software with different degrees of accessibility. There are applications that are fully compatible with MSS, while others require the use of the MSS cursor in some windows. The following is just a short list of 3rd-party applications known to be accessible with MSS. There are others not mentioned that work with MSS but this list is included in this manual to get you started with some useful programs. Please keep in mind that installing 3rd-party applications may install and automatically select a specially designed Home screen layout that will cause MSS to have problems reading the Today Screen. In this case, please select the "MObile Speak Smartphone" layout in Start > Settings > Display > Home Screen or a similar Settings dialog on your device. Microsoft Voice Command: Lets you perform functions by speaking commands that use a predefined format. This application also provides some speech output. MSS mutes itself temporarily when this program is expecting a voice command from you. AvantGo Standalone Client: Lets you view and download web pages of different content from AvantGo channels in order to read them while on the move and even without an internet connection. Skype for Smartphone: An internet telephony application that allows you to make calls to other Skype users or even landline and mobile phone numbers anywhere in the world, using either your cellular internet service or a connection to a Wi-Fi network. This program can also be used for instant messaging. Audible Player and Audible Air: With an Audible account, you can purchase or subscribe to and download books, magazines, newspapers and other publications in audio (Audible) format, as well as internet radio shows to your mobile device. The Control Panel window of this application may require the use of the MSS review cursor (Home + 3 or Home +r in Default layout. SlovoEd Multilingual Dictionaries: Software that provides definitions, acronym expansions, synonyms, antonyms, hypernyms and the like, as well as two-way translations between a selected pair of languages. Use the Text Capture command (Home + 8 or Home + g in Default and Advanced Reading layouts) to read the resulting definition or translation. PhatNotes for Smartphone: Windows Mobile Smartphones generally do not come with a built-in Notes application. PhatNotes is an award-winning Notes organizer that lets you create text notes with subject, creation and modification dates, and category. It has sort and filter options, a search function, and password protection feature. It allows directly sending email from the notes editor and synchronization with the PC. Vieka WordPad: WM5 Smartphones do not have a text editor application. This freeware program provides a text editor for creating and opening .txt files with the most commonly used editing functions (e.g., copy, cut, paste, Undo, find/Replace), file operations (e.g., new/rename/delete folder), font changing and word wrap among others. Sprite Backup: A program that lets you create a backup of your data and application settings to the storage card which you can then restore after a hard reset. Resco Explorer for Smartphone: A powerful file management utility featuring file/folder manipulation, FTP explorer, RAR archive decompression, zip compression, sending files via Bluetooth or infrared, quick search function, storage card formatting, and registry editor. VITO AudioNotes: An audio recorder that allows you to save recordings in mp3 and wav audio formats. It features VAS and microphone AGC. It also supports phone call recording. VITO CopyPaste Clipboard for Smartphone: Free utility that lets you copy or cut the info from an edit box and paste it to another one. You can also select the necessary part of the edit box contents for copying or cutting to another editable field. 6 Contacting Code Factory Thank you for checking out Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier for Windows Mobile Smartphones.
